Consult Terms and Conditions Agreement

Welcome

Before you get started with consulting, I want you to be familiar with the following terms and conditions of this agreement between you and the Consultant. In order for you to get the most out of your consulting, it will help you to know what to expect and what is expected from you.

Fees: The fees cover the specified consulting sessions you have chosen.

Charges: Credit card payments are run immediately upon completing the payment process for every and all of consult sessions you selected.

Discount Coupons: I offer discount coupons for referrals to both you, for future services, and to the person you referred to me. Discount coupons only apply to orders placed towards services and products on the TestEts website.

Retainer: Your agreement includes having your Consultant on retainer whether you use the time with the Consultant or not.

Refunds: By prepaying for your consulting sessions, you are reserving a space for consulting services. Please know there are only so many spaces available. If you do not use the consulting service or at the time you selected, your money will not refunded. Sometimes, special arrangements can be made for a make-up consulting session the subsequent month.

Consulting Calls: Your consultant will call you at the number you provide for your coaching sessions (unless we’ve made other arrangements). Please be available on time as your consultant will respect your time as well as their own.. Occasionally, you or your coach will experience time schedule “glitches”. A 5 - 10 minute window has been built around your appointment to allow for minor adjustments. Please do the same with your schedule as well.

Extra Time: Should you wish extra time, your consultant will send you an Instant Payment via email that will take you only a minute or so to complete. Before your consultant can continue with you, you will need to email the payment confirmation page and transaction number to them. If your consultant is unable to provide service at that time, you can then schedule additional appointments directly with that same consultant.

Preparation: You will get the most out of your Consulting session if you read through the TEST REPORT and complete the WORKSHEETS prior to your appointment. We at TestEts truly care about your success and satisfaction and we, therefore, STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you do so.

Vacations: Clients are expected to take vacations. Your consultant is expected to do the same an some, in fact, take six weeks of vacation. Your consultant will work around those times by scheduling more or longer sessions before or after our vacations. This typically applies to additional consults times.

Changes: If you need to reschedule a consulting session, you need to give your consultant at least a 24-hour notice. If you have an emergency, your consultant will work around it. If you must cancel a session, there is no guarantee that I will be able to make up the time.

Client Referrals: One thing I know about consulting and coaching services is that 90% of clients come from referrals from you. If you want to refer someone to TestEts for testing, consulting or coaching services or you want to refer someone to your consultant directly, please have them contact admin@testets.com for a discount coupon by mentioning your name and the email address corresponding with your TestEts account. When they redeem their coupon, you will receive a discount coupon as well to be used towards TestEts products or services.

Consultant Referrals: Should your Consultant hear your need for other additional services, your Consultant will suggest that you find a qualified individual to provide those other and additional services. And, if you, at any time during the Consultant process, determine that you need additional or other services, please seek out the services of a qualified individual for the services that you need for yourself.

Additional TestEts Services: Your success is our greatest desire, and we here at TestEts recognize that as a consumer you are not well informed about all the services or products that will truly benefit you in pursuit of your goal. Your consultant, therefore, is committed to informing you of other products and services that will truly benefit you. If your consultant does not suggest other TestEts products and services (free or otherwise) to you, you are entitled to a discount coupon for future products and services when you inform admin@testets.comof this omission.

Problems: If there is ever anything that upsets you or doesn’t feel right, please bring it up. Your consultant promises to do what is necessary to ensure your satisfaction, including referring you another Consultant if that is what it takes. We here at TestEts really do care about your success.

Disclaimer of Liability: You are engaging the services of a Consultant for the purpose of sharing explanations of testing products and career decision-making steps and processes as well as when pertinent insights with respect to life skills, career changes and advancements, communications skills, business and professional objectives, networking skills, interpersonal relationships and/or a structure for identifying and achieving goals. The Consultant has experience in such matters and agrees to render such services. The Consultant is not an “Employment Agent,” “Business Manager,” “Financial Analyst,” or “Psychotherapist,” or ‘Psychologist” and has not promised, shall not be obligated to and will not (1) procure or attempt to procure any employment, business or sales for you; or (2) perform any business management functions such as accounting services, advise on tax matters or the investment of funds or advise with regard thereto; or (3) will not act as a therapist, counseling you on or providing psychoanalysis, group therapy or behavioral therapy. The Consultant will, however, serve your developmental needs and will not discuss your development with anyone.

Agreement: By checking the box provided in the registration process, you are agreeing with and asserting that you fully understand these terms and conditions for consulting services provided to you.
