MYERS BRIGGS®  LEADER DEVELOPMENT

PURPOSE:  Designed to faciliate growth and development of leaders or potential leaders within your organization.

OPTIONS:

• Combine a single lens workshop (see below) with quarter day Fundamentals workshop (BASICS) to create a Half Day Training Event OR  
• Combine Multiple Lens workshop modules to occur in conjuntion with a half day Fundamentals workshop.  It is recommended that Half Day Fundamentals workshop (VERIFICATION) occur at least one week prior to Multiple Lens Team training workshop.

REQUIRES: In addition to workshop cost, you are required to purchase

1. Myers Briggs® Fundamentals Workshop prior to OR inconjunction with these Leadership Training Modules;
2. Myers Briggs®Test or Myers Briggs/FIRO-B Leadership Test to be completed prior to training event;
3. Test Consult (CONCISE 30 minute or COMPRE 60 minute) for participating team members (OPTIONAL).

LOCATION:  Two options are available to companies.  Remote or On-Site.  On-site is available for a TestEts Licensed Trainer to provide training at your company or other designated training location. Remote training is conducted via Teleconferencing option at a less expensive rate.

COSTING: Choose between  remote or onsite locations. (For remote training event contact admin@testets.com to receive price discount).  Transportation and Accomodations are billed in addition to Training and Testing costs.
