• Ground Rules (5 minutes)
• Introduction of Temperatment Theory (10-15 minutes)
• Description of Ideal Work Roles and Temperament Styles (culture, need, limitation, motto) (10-15 minutes)
• Presentation of Leadership Styles (10-15 minutes)
• Developing and Understanding of Leadership Style (45 minutes) -- OR --
